Q2. Am I qualified for applying? May I entrust someone else to apply?
Foreigners may apply archives of the Republic of China (ROC) in accordance with our Freedom of Government Information Law. Please check your nation's laws whether restrict ROC nationals to apply the government information of your country, and provide these evidences.
However if the archives in request is restricted, only the interested parties may apply.
You may entrust someone else to apply but an entrust letter is required.

Fill out the following information:
1. The name, birthday, identification number, address and telephone number of the applicant.
2. If the applicant is a legal person, a government agency or an organization, its tile, location, the name, birthday, identification, telephone number and address of its representative.
3. The name, birthday, identification, telephone number and address of the entrusted.
4. The file number.
5. Name of the file and its gist.
6. The applying item.
7. The purpose of applying.
8. If the original is required, state the reason.
9. Date.
